COVID-19 travel restrictions were lifted in Germany. Travellers are not required to provide proof of vaccination, recovery from COVID-19 or a negative test result. Wearing a mask is recommended in places where many people gather – such as on public transport. This recommendation applies in particular to people with cold symptoms.
