Presentation of the draft Operational Protocol at COPEN.

Berenike Waubert de Puiseau, task manager of the ENVR, presented the draft operational protocol developed for single contact points for victims of terrorism to the delegations of the 27 EU Member States and the European Commission at a COPEN on 29 June 2022. This project received support from several Member States.
