The Council of Europe’s Network of Single Contact Points for the exchange of procedural information regarding victims of terrorism held an online meeting on October 22, 2026.

The 36 member states discussed operational efficiency and a project focused on publishing information to help cross-border victims understand their rights and access support services.

The network will hold its next meeting in Paris in March 2027.
