• Supporting victims of terrorism – Specific support services available in Member States; central structures of supporting victims of terrorism.
• Methodologies for providing legal aid / advocacy to victims of crime – legal aid to victims outside the criminal proceedings or claims connected to criminal proceedings
• Good practices in access to information – structures of crime victim hotlines in Member States (centralised or decentralised, costs and coverage of costs, availability of foreign languages, cross border cooperation)

Seminar: Victim support and new technologies

• supporting victims of cybercrime and cyberbulling
• victims and social media
• blended victim support – how to offer quality on-line victim support
• using technical options for participatig in criminal proceeding taking different place to victim’s place of stay
• the role of technical solutions in protecting victims from secondary victimization
• applying new technologies in victim support and cooperation between authorities
